Next-Gen Solutions, Inc. is an ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING COMPANY and a Texas Corporation, founded in 1997 specializing in all phases of ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS.  Next-Gen performs these services as a REGISTERED GEOSCIENCE FIRM in the State of Texas.  Next-Gen has conducted Environmental Site Assessment Services for lending institutions, developers, attorneys, private business owners, oil companies, airports, local and state government and major engineering and environmental consulting firms. 


Next-Gen Solutions, Inc. two (2) sole owners of the company, Joni L. Brown, EIT, CAPM and Dale K. Brown, PG, have worked as project managers since the late 1980's (each with over 30 years of experience) with major environmental and engineering consultant firms. Over the past 30 years, Joni and Dale have completed over 2,000 Environmental Site Assessments throughout the State of Texas.  Both Joni and Dale and Next-Gen maintain the required licenses to conduct environmental site assessment services and retain the appropriate educational backgrounds, B.S. in Geology and B.S. in Engineering. Our experience has covered many facets including conducting Phase I ESAs, Subsurface Investigations and Remedial Services at large industrial facilities, retail service stations, retail drycleaners, major airports, large buildings and local businesses.



The majority of Next-Gen Solutions, Inc. projects are regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). We specialize in obtaining compliance and closure in accordance within the applicable State of Texas rules including Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapters 334, 335, and 350.  To date, Dale and Joni Brown have worked on numerous sites throughout Texas applicable to the TCEQ Petroleum Storage Tank Program, TCEQ Dry Cleaner Remediation program, TCEQ Voluntary Cleanup Program and TCEQ Innocent Owner/Operator Program. Next-Gen has completed numerous TCEQ Report Forms applicable to each Program and has attended several continuing education classes and seminars relating to the applicable rules to remain updated on modifications to the programs.  Next-Gen is presently licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists, Texas Water Well Drillers Board and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Corrective Action Specialist.
